Winner of the April 2007 Drawing.
Special thanks to the city of Nickerson, KS, Mayor Bill Golding, and Police Chief Larry Eckoff for their assistance in the drawing process.
The list of names was viewed by
city officials to verify the entries. The names were then cut into
equal size pieces as shown below, then placed into a bowl. A lid was
placed on the bowl, then the bowl was shaken vigorously. The lid was
removed and the bowl held above Mayor Bill Goldings' head. Mayor Bill
Golding then drew the name (also shown below) to give us the winner of the
April 2007 drawing.
Both Mayor Bill Golding, and Police Chief Larry Eckoff signed their name on
the winning entry.
